We are very excited to inform you that we will be opening for Dine-in and ToGo Services beginning Thursday May 14, 2020. Our hours of operation will be 12pm-8pm. We ask that you please respect our guidelines that we will have in place to protect the safety of our employees and our customers. We are adjusting to this "New Normal" just as much as you are so we cannot stress the importance of practicing patience and understanding while dining with our restaurant.  

We are currently offering a smaller temporary menu until things can get back in to place. We know that many of you have been waiting on some of the items that will not be on our list or the variety that we offer with Daily Specials, but they will be back before you know it. You are able to view our temporary menu here

We are also offering a two choices of contactless payment. For all of our Clover Rewards App users, you can set up the ability to pay through the app. For all iPhone users, you will have the option to utilize Apple Pay with a barcode that will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.

A message to our customers:

At Dog & Duck of Summerville, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and our family of employees. In our restaurant, we are putting a great deal of emphasis on the procedures that support our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health. Some of the most important areas of focus are:

Ensuring that our excellent hand washing practices are rigorously followed
Strictly requiring Employees who don't feel well to stay home from work
Frequently disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in all areas of our restaurants
According to the CDC, “Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food.”

To keep you and our employees safe, we have transitioned our restaurant to 50% of our normal seating capacity for dine-in service as well as offering to go service until further notice. Strict “social distancing” measures are in place, therefore limiting the number of people permitted in the restaurant for pick up orders. There are strict dine-in guidelines inside the restaurant and our out door patio and bar. We are very adamant with our dine-in rule of “NO SEAT = NO SERVICE”. Please be patient and understanding during this time and follow our guidelines. 

Every day, we hold ourselves to very high cleanliness and health standards that are designed to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our restaurant. In addition, we remain vigilant in learning more about this disease by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional recommendations from DHEC and other public health agencies.
